網路媒體時代的徵才考題
我經常閱讀、也是tuna.to靈感來源的Web Worker Daily（WWD）最近在徵人。除了很想去應徵之外，也有點怨嘆為什麼自己背後沒有個半大不小的金主支持，來經營個像這樣的小媒體，只能一切靠自己和偶爾朋友贊助，繼續苦撐下去。
好，牢騷完畢。:D
讓我覺得有點趣味的，是WWD開出來的工作內容和徵人條件。這樣的組合，也許會變成將來不久數位媒體分工和徵才的範本，無論求才或求職雙方都可以參考；如果您有志於此，或許可以看看自己的條件適不適合這樣的工作方式，甚至真的過去應徵看看也無妨。:)
